Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zilancer Affiliate Network ("the Platform"), operated by Zilancer LLC ("Zilancer", "we", "us").

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform, either as an affiliate applicant or as a visitor.

2. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Platform You agree not to misuse the Platform: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no interference with normal operation, no scraping beyond what a normal browser does, no reverse engineering of tracking or commission logic.

4. Affiliate participation Affiliate-specific rules (commission structure, referral conduct, prohibited promotion methods) are governed separately by the Affiliate Agreement, which every approved affiliate accepts in addition to these Terms.

5. Intellectual property Zilancer's name, logos, and app names are the property of Zilancer LLC. Nothing here grants you rights to use them beyond what the Affiliate Agreement and any provided marketing assets permit.

6. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms, the Affiliate Agreement, or applicable law, at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that referral attribution will succeed in every case — see the Affiliate Agreement and our public documentation for known attribution limitations.

8. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
