Affiliate Agreement

By joining the Zilancer Affiliate Network you agree to the following, in addition to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Prohibited conduct You agree NOT to: - Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages promoting Zilancer apps - Make misleading or false claims about any Zilancer app's features, pricing, or results - Post fake reviews or testimonials - Misuse the Zilancer name, logo, or trademarks beyond what approved marketing assets permit - Refer your own Shopify store(s), your own accounts, or accounts you control (self-referral) - Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that generates clicks without genuine user intent - Bid on Zilancer's brand terms in paid search unless explicitly authorized in writing - Generate fraudulent, bot, or non-human traffic - Offer incentives to merchants that misrepresent the nature of the referral (incentive manipulation) - Make false claims about Shopify App Store rankings, reviews, or status

2. Commission eligibility Commission is earned only on qualifying paid conversions — never on clicks or installs alone. Commission rates, duration, holding periods, and cookie windows are set per app and may be changed by Zilancer with notice for future referrals (existing pending/approved commissions are not retroactively reduced).

3. Refunds and reversals If a referred merchant refunds, cancels before a qualifying payment, or charges back, any related commission will not be paid, or if already approved, will be reversed via a recorded adjustment.

4. Fraud review Activity may be flagged as suspicious for manual review (e.g. unusual click patterns, suspected self-referral). Flagged activity does not result in automatic account action — Zilancer reviews and decides case by case.

5. Account status Zilancer may approve, reject, suspend, or ban an affiliate account for violation of this Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, or suspected fraud, at its discretion.

6. Payouts Payouts are processed manually during this program's current phase, subject to the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard. Payout account details you provide must be accurate and belong to you.

7. Changes Zilancer may update this Agreement; continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
